Refund & Return Policy
At SereneSkin InstaLift, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our 30-day Guarantee ensures you have a seamless experience from the moment your order arrives.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Our policy remains active for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The product must be in its original packaging.

Items must not have been subjected to misuse, accidental damage, or liquid damage.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Proof Required: Please email photos or videos of the issue to sereneskininstalift@gmail.com.

Resolution: Upon confirmation, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email sereneskininstalift@gmail.com with your order details, a specific reason for the return, and supporting images/video.

Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and the address of the nearest return warehouse.

Mail the item using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or missing return packages.
Note: Please mark the return package as a "Gift," as we do not cover customs fees for returned items.
4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your total.

If an item is damaged during the return shipment due to poor packaging, the buyer will bear the associated costs.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: A full refund will be processed to your original method of payment automatically.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased under a discount or promotion are final sale.

Late Refunds: If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If the issue persists after 10 business days, contact us at sereneskininstalift@gmail.com.
6. Cancellations & Invalid Reasons

Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped. If canceled before processing, a 10% restocking and transaction fee will apply.

Invalid Reasons: We do not offer refunds for "Buyer’s Remorse" (e.g., ordering the wrong color/model or simply changing your mind). We encourage all customers to perform due diligence before completing a purchase.
