Total Delivery Time = Processing & Customization Time + Shipping Time

1. Processing & Handling

Every order is handled with care. Since our products are prepared to ensure the highest quality for each customer:

  • Standard Handling: 1–2 business days.

  • Customization: 1–2 business days.

  • Total Processing Window: Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Destinations

We utilize reliable global carriers, including YunExpress, DHL, UPS, and USPS, to ensure your package arrives safely. We currently provide shipping to the USA, UK, France, and Germany.

To provide a seamless shopping experience, all product prices are inclusive of customs duties. You will not be required to pay additional import fees upon delivery.

Please be advised that shipping times may be extended during public holidays and peak shopping festivals.
